2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location. We expect all items should arrive between 7-30 business days.

- Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to high demand, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

- Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

- You can track your package using the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- 215 Connected is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are assessed by your country’s customs authority.

- International customers: Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.


5. Shipping Locations

- We currently ship to the United States.

- If we are unable to ship to your region, you will be notified at checkout or via email.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@215connected.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
