1. Overview

This website is operated by 215 Connected LLC (“215 Connected,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, content, and purchases made through our online store (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, using the Services, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our online store may be hosted or supported by third-party ecommerce platforms, production partners, payment processors, carriers, and technology providers.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Services

By using the Services, you represent that:

• the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete

• you will use the Services only for lawful purposes

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method as required by applicable law.

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed because processing or production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

5. Pricing and Product Information

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices accurate. However, errors or omissions may occur.

Minor variations in color, finish, dimensions, packaging, positioning, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing processes, or the made-to-order nature of certain products.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If an error affects an order you placed, we will notify you and provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Payment

You authorize 215 Connected LLC and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed at checkout, including product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and any clearly disclosed fees.

We may request additional information to verify an order before accepting or fulfilling it. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Processing and transit times may vary by product, production partner, destination, carrier, and other circumstances.

Products within the same order may be produced or shipped from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, inaccurate customer-provided addresses, governmental actions, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, and undeliverable packages.

8. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and product claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different eligible product, you may return the original product according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

We may deny or limit a return, refund, or replacement involving verified fraud, intentional damage, a product not purchased from 215 Connected, or documented abuse of our policies. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, contests, sweepstakes, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• promotions cannot be combined

• promotions have no cash value

• usage limits may apply

• product or geographic exclusions may apply

• promotions may expire or be discontinued

We may cancel or refuse the fraudulent or unauthorized use of a promotion. Changes will not affect an order already accepted unless an error, fraud concern, or applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

Content made available through the Services—including text, graphics, logos, icons, original images, product designs, branding, software, layouts, and compilations—is owned by or licensed to 215 Connected LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected portions of the Services without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Services does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

11. User Content and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, message, photograph, suggestion, or other material (“User Content”), you grant 215 Connected LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and publish that User Content in connection with our business and promotion of the Services.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit the User Content and that our permitted use will not violate another person’s rights.

We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person. We will not materially misrepresent the substance of a customer review.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations

• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

• provide false or misleading information

• impersonate another person or entity

• harass, threaten, or abuse others

• upload malicious software or code

• interfere with the security or operation of the Services

We may restrict access, suspend accounts, or cancel affected orders when we reasonably determine that prohibited conduct has occurred.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. Any implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 215 Connected LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters protected by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 215 Connected LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• your material violation of these Terms

• your unlawful misuse of the Services

• your infringement of another party’s rights

• User Content you submit

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or willful misconduct.

17. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, internet or utility outages, cyber incidents, supply-chain interruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, epidemics, war, or terrorism.

This section does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services or restrict an account when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security threats, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations arising before termination. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination will remain effective.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website and changing the “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated or required by law. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already placed.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and 215 Connected LLC concerning the Services and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject.
